Average tenure at Teriş is long, and that is not an accident. Trade takes years to learn properly, so we build the team to allow for those years. You start by learning a role here, and in time you own it.
Our culture
Working here
Responsibility arrives early
Files sit with one named person. From your first year you run your own import file, your own customer portfolio or your own stock plan. Your name is behind the decision.
Learning is built into the work
Polymer technology, foreign trade regulation and trade finance — this job cannot be done without all three. Everyone who joins works alongside an experienced colleague in each of them.
Group scale, small team
We combine the resources of a six-company holding with the pace of a team that knows each other. Decisions do not queue behind a long approval chain.
